This page explains what Wolcott Penhallow collects through this site and what we do with it.

What we collect

When you use the contact form we receive your name, your email, your phone number if you give it, and what you write. Our site host also keeps ordinary server logs, such as the pages visited and the time of each visit.

How we use it

We use what you send to reply to you, to check for conflicts of interest and to decide whether we can take the matter. We don't sell it, rent it or use it for advertising.

Who sees it

The firm's lawyers and the service providers who run this site and our email. They may use it only to provide those services.

How long we keep it

Messages from people who don't become clients are deleted after two years, unless we need them to show that we checked for a conflict. Client files are kept as the rules of professional conduct require.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete what we hold about you by writing to office@wolcottpenhallow.com or to 248 Greenwich Avenue, Greenwich, CT 06830.
