General counsel by the month
Some companies need a lawyer every week but not a lawyer on staff. For them we act as general counsel by the month: the contracts, the board consents, the employee questions and the call before a decision, not after it.
Clementine leads these engagements, with Ambrose and Cyprian brought in when a sale or a dispute comes up.
What a month of counsel covers
A single monthly fee, and a written list of what sits outside it.
- 01

Board and member consents, the annual minutes and the cap table kept current.

- 04
A standing call
Thirty minutes every other week, and a direct line in between.
